Governance Structure
Board of Governors:
The Sindh Education Foundation has a Board of Governors in accordance with the SEF Act 1992 which was passed by the Sindh Provincial Assembly on 16th September 1992. The Foundation's Board of Governors is headed by the Chief Minister of the Sindh province as Chairperson while the Provincial Education Minister is the Vice Chairperson and the Managing Director SEF is the General Secretary of the Board. Other members of the Board comprise government officials from various government departments and members from civil society and private sector.
